Fried product: When the temperature reaches the set temperature, hang the fried blue on the fryer, put the product in the fried blue, slowly put the fried blue into the oil tank, and press the channel corresponding to the time required for the food at the same time, and the timing will start . In the process of frying products, the frying basket must be shaken at regular intervals to prevent the products from sticking to the bottom of the equipment or from sticking to each other. When the timer alarms and the corresponding channel time window displays "End", lift the frying basket and hang it on the fryer to control the oil, and press the corresponding time channel at the same time, the timer will be closed.

1. During the use of the equipment, you must pay attention to prevent burns;
2. It is strictly forbidden to add a cover during the use of the equipment to prevent excessive oil temperature from catching fire;
3. It is strictly forbidden to drip water into the oil used in the equipment to avoid oil splashing. After the equipment is used, it must be covered in time;
4. The oil in the equipment should be about 10cm deep, too much or too little oil will affect the frying time;
5. In order to check whether the temperature control of the equipment is accurate, the oil temperature must be measured with a temperature meter for the first use every day, and compared with the temperature control table. If the fluctuation does not exceed 3°C, it is normal.
6. Be sure to pay attention to the head and timer of the equipment during use and cleaning, and water is strictly prohibited;
7. Before cleaning, be sure to disconnect the power supply and start the operation only after the oil temperature has dropped below 60°C to avoid burns due to excessive oil temperature.
